Our service guy Carlos is amazing! He has worked on rental properties for clients ( I am a realtor) and has also done a fabulous job at my own home. He creates a trust and does a great job! His follow up is more then great! He has followed up with my husband and I a few times after his work to make sure all is good! I have not had a service guy ever do that. Highly recommend!!
Air Choice is a GREAT choice!We live in Tennessee but we needed our AC checked out on the home we were selling in Illinois. It can be a challenge taking care of a long distance transaction like this. Air Choice was amazing to work with. From the kind and helpful gal who made the appointment to the completion of the work by Carlos, this company was great. I felt fully confident knowing that the work would be done professionally. Carlos was a great communicator and answered all my questions by phone before, during and after the job was done. Excellent ServiceWhen I called for information and pricing the secretary was very nice and professional. She guided me through the process and offered to have the owner give me a free estimate. When I met the owner, Carlos, he was very honest and did not offer extra things that I did not need. He even advised me of how I can save money on my furnace and air conditioner. The installation was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Air Choice.
